It all began when we decided there had to be a better way. So after 2 years of Skype calls between Sydney-Tokyo-Glasgow-Melbourne-Toronto, Dough Gourmet Pizza was born.
Our intention was to create a new style of pizza, totally different to the rest. Our pizza would be one where the toppings spoke their own language and where each pizza was prepared with love in front of the customer.
We would demand absolute freshness, zero preservatives and no additives. We would take away all the guilt from enjoying pizza -- even for customers with kids. We would create something that was indisputably the tastiest and freshest in the pizza universe. And that’s how the Dough Gourmet Pizza came about.
